CONTRACT PREPARATION
What I Offer
- Prepare the contract or listing agreement along with applicable addenda.
- Revise the contract and obtain initials if a counter offer is received (revisions will be made only one time).
- If accepted, review the contract and ensure it is fully executed by both sides.
- The agent must provide all terms and approve in writting before it is sent to the client.
- Fees for this service are due upfront/upon invoice and are not subject to contract acceptance or closing.
